What is your cancellation policy for rentals?
You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

  1. If you cancel thirty (30) or more days in advance of the delivery date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund issued to the payment card you used for the order.
  2. If you cancel less than thirty (30) days but more than fourteen (14) days in advance of the delivery date, you will receive a full refund minus a $45 cancellation fee.
  3. If you cancel fourteen (14) or fewer days in advance of the delivery date, you will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.

What if my suit doesn't fit? 
If the suit doesn't fit, please let us know within 24hrs of receiving your suit. You have 48hrs from receipt to send the suit back to us for store credit or you can request a replacement size. No additional charges will apply. If you request a replacement size, we will overnight a new size to you for a shipping fee of $25.

What size should I get?
See our size chart here or email us at hello@noweskico.com and we will try to make a custom suggestion.

Can I adjust my rental order? 
Unfortunately we are unable to process adjustments to sizes or colors at this time.

Can I extend my rental order? 
In order to request an extension beyond 8 days, please submit a request in the comments section of the check-out page and send an additional request to hello@noweskico.com within 24hrs of placing your order. At that point, if we are able to extend the booking, we will quote rates and options.

What if I damage the suit? 
We have included an insurance policy in every rental because the last thing we want you to do is stress out on the slopes. This covers minor stains, minor rips in the seams, stuck zippers or loose threads. If the suit comes back with any of those issues, we will fix it free of charge. In the event of damage that requires extensive repair, we will charge you the cost of the repair. If the suit is lost, returned in a condition where it is beyond recognition, or you do not return the suit at all, you will be charged 100% of the retail value. Do I have to clean my suit before sending it back to you?
Nope. We take care of cleaning.

So when exactly do I have to return the suit? 
Your suit should be in the mail on the final day of your rental window. Example for a 4 day rental from December 1-4:
December 1: Receive your suit in the mail and try it on. 
December 2-3: Ski!
December 4: Ship suit back by 12:00PM. 
We recommend booking the longer 8-day window if you are unsure how the suit will fit.

How do I return?
Return shipping is free and a pre-paid shipping label is included with your order.

What if I'm late with my returns?
For each day a suit is late to return, a $50 will be charged to the payment card you used to pay the rental fee or any other payment card included in your account. This process happens until the 100% of the full retail value of the product is charged. After that, the product is yours to keep on an as-is basis. See our Terms for more information. 

If my suit arrives early, am I charged?
Nope! We hope you enjoy the extra time.
