We offer free ground shipping within the US. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside the US at this time. Options for express delivery are also available for a fee. Please refer to the check-out page for the fee.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and feel great on your ski trip. If you are not happy, we offer the following: 
For full-price purchases: To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item within 14 days of the ship date. Merchandise must be returned in its new and original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right not to accept any return if these tags are missing or if the product shows signs of wear or use. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise being worn, washed, dyed, or altered. If we have accepted your return, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color? 
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) per the return policy stated above and place a new order.
